Successes and Strategies

by admin on November 22, 2008

Hello!

How are you girls going about getting your people? I thought that I would tell you our ideas. But, probably more importantly, I want this to be a venue so you may “give your voice” as to how you are going about surveying people.

Our Ideas:

  1. Obviously, the first thing to do is make a list of all your friends who fit within our “demographic”: list out all the mothers you know who have children between the ages of two and 12, at least some college education and are themselves between the ages of 25 and 49.
  2. Still not enough people? Well, open up the survey and print off a few copies and put them in your purse. As you are out and about, keep an eye open for girls who could help you.
  3. Places to find people to survey: mothers as they are picking up their children at the daycare, the spa, any gym where you have a membership or the park.
  4. Put “www.tracysurveys.com/kids.html” and your full name on some small cards and post it notes. When you pick up your kids at school, ask your mom friends to go to that page and do the survey for you.

Remember you can email this link out to people you know.

All that you have to do is send the link out. You can send them here:

http://tracysurveys.com/kids.html

You can also tell them to go to www.tracysurveys.com and then to scroll down to the very bottom of the page. There they will see a small “kids” link that they can clink on and access the survey that way.

Just cut and paste that link into an email and send it to friends who qualify.

We would like your ideas as well.

Do you have any other ideas on how to get this survey done?

How are you planning on getting your surveys done? I would appreciate your sharing your ideas with the other girls. Tell us how you are going about this in the comments section below.

Love,

Tracy

Stewart St. John IntervOoh!d

by admin on November 21, 2008

I had a wonderful conversation with Stewart St. John.

Stewart St. John oozes creativity… aside from his music, he is also a film director and author. Not only is the Sara Musical underway, but he has recently completed the score for the release of the new Sara audio books.

The ever-lucky Mr. Ooh! had a radio intervOoh! (a very appreciative interview) with him on Sunday, the 25th of May) on blogtalkradio.

Here is the link to the intervOoh!:

and here is Stewart’s site: (www.stewartstjohn.com).
